Welcome to the Flying Breadbin project management site
Building the CH STOL 750 for practice PDF Print E-mail

This website provides the information management infrastructure for the Flying Breadbin, a small-scale short-field transport plane.  Currently only a portion of the site is publicly visible to prevent intellectual property theft.

While the design and development of that project proceeds, the site also provides a publicly visible location for the construction of a Zenith STOL 750 kit aircraft.

Site Navigation PDF Print E-mail

The Flying Breadbin website comprises three main sections or subsites, each with different functionality. This portion of website can be navigated using the menus and provides essential infrastructure.  The website also has a blog-style subsite, the Breadbin Blog, and the Build Wiki, which is where all of the technical information, project logs, directories, diagrams and vendor sites are located.

The site was structured in this way because each of these subsites provide functionality that a regular website cannot.

  • This site provides the key information about the Flying Breadbin project, access control and the email contact form.
  • The Progress Blog has the ability to archive postings over an extended period of time while remaining searchable.
  • The Build Wiki is a powerful tool with page versioning for connecting information about the build, design components and other related elements.
